We’ve been in Bend, Oregon since 1987. We are a family-owned and family-operated business. As such, we try to provide our customers with service that we would give our own family.

Instead of hiring a rental truck, our customers can take advantage of a free truck at our Bend location.

The process is simple to use our free move-in truck:
- Become a customer of Secure Storage.
- Reserve our moving by talking with our resident manager.
- Use our free move-in truck to haul your valuables, furniture, and storage unit items.
- Fill up the tank and rinse it off before returning.
- Return the truck to our facility.

Why Do We Offer a Free Moving Truck?
We listen to our customers and we help them when we see they are in need of assistance. In the late 1990’s, we discovered many customers had trouble moving large items, such as furniture, because they didn’t have a truck. So we bought six trucks to lend out as free move-in trucks to ease our customer’s burden.
We give back to our environment, our community and local charities. We offer all local nonprofits the use of our free moving truck, at no charge. We believe this is an easy way we can support our community. You don't have to rely on a truck rental company, with Secure Storage, you can be your own driver.
Rent Storage Space with Us!
A free move-in truck isn’t the only benefit we offer. We also offer:
- Prorated monthly service- So you don’t lose money if you join us halfway through a month or move out halfway through a month. We don’t want you to spend money on space you’re not using, so you only pay for what you use.
- A cleaning deposit that you actually get. If your storage unit is clean when you leave, you’ll get your money back! A cleaning deposit should never be held hostage. We are fair and honest in our business practices, and that shows in how we treat our customers.
